Please note that this property is not suitable for families with children under 10 years old.

3/41 Belmore Terrace, Sunshine Beach, has a north-easterly aspect. This maximises cooling sea breezes in summer and protects from the south-eastern trade winds. There are spectacular ocean views from every level over beautiful Sunshine Beach. It is a short walk to the beach (200m), and the shops and restaurants (400m) in the main village. The property is well situated to provide easy access to the Noosa National Park.

Accommodation is provided over 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 guests in total. A private lift accesses the first 2 levels (living area and master bedroom).

The master suite is spread over the 2nd mezzanine level. It offers amazing ocean views from virtually every area including the bed, the double shower and the bathtub. It also has its own balcony.

The solar heated and very private infinity plunge pool is accessible from the master suite, and offers views out to sea. There is also a private outdoor shower.

Bedroom 2 is on the 1st level, and has a Queen bed, air conditioning and ocean views. Opposite is a stunning guest bathroom.

On the top level, ‘The Tower’ is the perfect chill out area. It features lounge seating and a TV, as well as a bunk bed to sleep 2 and bathroom. This area opens onto a spectacular deck with a 5-person, top of the range, heated spa with truly amazing views. Watch the whales breaching and playing whilst they travel up and down the coast from June to November.

The beautiful fully-equipped kitchen is an entertainer's delight, featuring 2 Miele ovens, Miele dishwashers, an ice maker and butler’s kitchen.

The open plan living/dining area with stacker doors opens onto an alfresco area. There you'll find the outdoor kitchen, double fridge and BBQ. In the living area, there is a spectacular aquarium that is professionally maintained, just enjoy.

The property has a CBUS controlled environment and is fully air-conditioned. There is WIFI access throughout the house, a BOSE sound system, and Netflix and Foxtel are included.

This is a very private and secure property with carport for 2 cars and remote gate access.

Sorry, NO weddings, functions, parties, schoolies, pets. Strictly no smoking indoors.

Cancellation Policy

APMGMT Pty Ltd t/as Noosa Luxury Holidays and Sunshine Beach Accommodation -?CANCELLATION POLICY

APMGMT Pty Ltd adopts the following practice when dealing with cancellation of a Holiday booking.
*If the booking is cancelled 120 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival there will be full refund less Administration fee of $150.00
*If the booking is cancelled less than 120 days prior to the planned arrival date there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total value of the original booking. An Administration fee of $150.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
*An Administration Fee covers the cost of processing the booking receipting banking cancelling drawing the refund and postage.
*Confirmed Bookings – A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation or one night whichever is the greater will confirm a booking. The balance of the rental is due no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
*No refunds for reduction in stay once in-house
*Refund monies are refunded in the same manner in which they were received and receipted by APMGMT Pty Ltd.
*The Letting Agent and the owner have first right of refusal for all bookings held. In the event of an owner refusing or cancelling a booking no cancellation fee will be charged. In the event that replacement accommodation offered is at a higher price the owner or agent will not be liable for any monies needed to meet that higher price.???
*All costs due to foreign currency fluctuations when making or cancelling a booking will be borne by the guest.
