Refund Policy

Refunds of deposits and fees paid are available under the following circumstances:

High season
High season is the last week of August each year.

Cancellations providing more than 28 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are refundable less a $30 administration fee.

Cancellations that fall inside 28 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid unless the site/accommodation can be rebooked.

All other seasons
Cancellations providing more than 14 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are refundable less a $30 administration fee.

Cancellations that fall inside 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.

Refunds are not payable after a guest has checked in.

If the guest feels he/she is entitled to a refund due to extenuating circumstances such as illness accident unexpected unemployment etc. they must send a refund request letter to the Shire of Dowerin.
