For over 100 years the Shamrock has presided majestically over the heart of Bendigo. Its four storeys of grandeur offer accommodation, great dining, and the true spirit of Bendigo.

The Shamrock has deluxe and executive rooms, spa suites and one bedroom suites as well as family rooms. All are tastefully furnished and include a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a TV.

Guest Car Parking: As a guest of the Hotel Shamrock, you have access to the Bendigo Council's multi storey car park. As the car park is owned by the council, we can no longer offer free of charge parking. Car parking is charged at a rate of $1.50 per hour or $7.00 per night and is payable on the ground floor of the car park at the automated pay station. Saturday and Sunday parking is free of charge. If you are staying over on a Sunday or a public holiday, you will need to get a pass from the boom gate even though the boom gate is open. Failure to get a ticket will result in having to pay $14 on check out. The car park is located in Hargreaves St next to the Reject Shop. On the first level of the car park, in the far left hand corner, there is a back entrance to the Hotel for guests use.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at any time will incur an administration fee from the Bendigo Visitor Centre of $27.50.

Hotel policy requires 24 hours notice for any cancellation. If reservations are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice a fee will apply. 48 hours notice is required for special event weekends i.e. swap meet sheep show Easter. Bookings listed as no shows will be charged 75% of their accommodation fee.

The Group Booking cancellation policy will be forwarded to the nominated representative in writing from the Bendigo Visitor Centre and will void the above conditions.
