These Units, located between Kimba Meat Store and LandMark, are in the main street of Kimba, near food outlets and Hotel. Homely and comfort at affordable price.

This property is best described as, economical, convenient, comfortable accommodation, all facilities necessary with plenty of room.

Kimba is a wonderful stop over, halfway across Australia and perfect place to break your trip. Kimba has a doctor and hospital and most shopping facilities.

Walking trails are interesting and an enjoyable way to get exercise.

Kimba is the gateway to the Gawler Ranges, a great getaway for a camping weekend.

There are two units available to choose from. Both are one bedroom apartments.

Unit 4 has 2 beds, sleeps 3 people, a double and a single.

Unit 5 has one double bed.

A complimentary breakfast is offered each morning.

Kitchen offers basic cooking facilities, fridge freezer, basic bathroom amenity and lounge area.

A separate laundry is at the end of the building available for permanent tenants and overnight guests. Clothesline set up.

Pets are allowed. A fee applies of $15 per stay for one pet and $20 for 2 pets

The building is old and renovation is a work in progress, however, units are very clean and comfortable.

Internet service is provided by council in the main street of Kimba, however, may not work very well inside rooms. NBN has been ordered to be connected. In the meantime, you will need a dongle.

Parking: Enter vacant block between Meat Store and units and exit is at top end of block. Single lane parking is available in front of units or alongside fence.
