Upon arrival at 6pm our celebration of coastal cuisine will begin with freshly shucked oysters by the grower from the ‘Port Stephens Oyster Bar’ accompanied by a glass of II Fiore Prosecco.

Mitchell Turner from Rick Stein Bannisters Port Stephens, Mat Key from The Little Nel, Michael Jenkins from The Anchorage, Ben Way from Little Beach Boathouse and Ludovic Poyer from The Poyer’s will prepare a set three course Port Stephens seafood delight all perfectly matched to a 50ml tasting of Oatley’s wines followed by dessert also prepared by the chefs and including a matched 50ml tasting of Oatley’s wine. The evening will finish at 11pm.

TICKETS INCLUDE - OYSTERS AND PROSECCO UPON ARRIVAL FOLLOWED BY A 4 COURSE SEAFOOD INSPIRED DINNER INCLUDING DESSERT AND MATCHING 50ML TASTING OF WINE FOR EACH OF THE 4 COURSES. Additional drinks may be purchased on the night.

SEATING – Tables are a minimum of 8 seats. If your group is smaller than 8, the whole group will be placed on another table. You will be contacted to confirm seating arrangements once you have purchased your tickets.

This is a set SEAFOOD ONLY Gala Dinner there are no other meal selections available on the night.
